                                 Board changes

Physiomics Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Christophe
Chassagnole as Director with effect from 18 May 2007.  Dr. Chassagnole's role
will be that of Chief Operating Officer. He joined Physiomics in May 2004 as
project leader of the Systems Biology Team. Before joining Physiomics, Dr
Chassagnole worked in France as a senior researcher for CRITT Bio-Industries
(Toulouse)  for 3 years. Prior to that he held a post doctorate position with
IBVT in Stuggart working under Professor Matthias Reuss. His Doctorate was
achieved at the Victor Segalen-Bordeaux II University.

Dr. Chassagnole has never previously been a Director of any other company and
there is no other information that falls to be disclosed under Schedule 2
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
