Dispatch of Annual Report and Shareholder Circular

Physiomics plc (AIM: PYC), the Oxford, UK based systems biology company, is pleased to announce that it has today posted to shareholders

-    its Annual Report for the financial year ended 30^th June 2018 and

-    a Circular in relation to its forthcoming Annual General Meeting

As previously announced on the 8^th October 2018, the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on 20^th November 2018 at the Company's registered office, The Magdalen Centre, Oxford Science Park, Robert Robinson Avenue, Oxford, OX4 4GA.

A copy of the Circular containing further details of the resolutions as well as a copy of the Company's Annual Report will be made available today on the Company's website at https://www.physiomics-plc.com/investors/investors-news-rns/.
