The Company received notification on 21 April 2008 that on that day Billam AG
purchased 5,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company  ('Ordinary
Shares') at an average price of 0.21p per share.

Billam AG now holds 34,065,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.08 per cent. of
the total voting rights of the Company.
