The Company received a second notification on 17 September 2007 that Billam AG
has purchased a further 3,975,000  Ordinary Shares of 0.04p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') on 17 September at an average price of 0.6p per share.
Billam AG has therefore purchased a total of  7,975,000 Ordinary Shares on 17
September 2007.

Billam AG now holds 23,075,000 Ordinary Shares representing 6.15 per cent. of
the total voting rights of the Company.
