Further to the announcement made by Pendragon on 22 December 2005 the directors
of Pendragon are pleased to announce that Mr David Joyce and Mr Malcolm Le May
have each taken up their appointment to the Board as non-executive director with
effect from 1st March 2006.
David Joyce (57) is a civil engineer and chief operating officer of Vinci PLC
(formerly Norwest Holst Group PLC). Mr Joyce is also a non-executive director,
and the chairman of the Buildings Committee, of the Wales Millennium Centre.
Malcolm Le May (48) is executive president of JER Partners Europe, an investment
firm specialising in commercial property development in Europe and North
America. Mr Le May is also a non-executive director of Royal & Sun Alliance
Insurance Group PLC.
