On 12 September 2000 Jupiter Asset Management Limited notified the Board of
Pendragon that following a recent transaction its total notifiable interest in
the ordinary shares of Pendragon had increased to 6,927,776 shares, representing
11.36% of the total issued share capital of Pendragon.
