PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 19th March 2001 Prudential plc notified the Board of Pendragon that following
the disposal on 12th March 2001 of 41,000 shares, its total interest in the
ordinary shares of Pendragon has decreased to less than 3% of the total issued
share capital of Pendragon and thus it has ceased to hold a notifiable interest
in Pendragon.
