PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
Standard Life Investments Limited has notified the Board of Pendragon that
following the disposal on 4 May 2001 of 101,330 shares, its total notifiable
interest in the ordinary shares of Pendragon has decreased to 4,141,359 shares,
representing 6.905% of the total issued share capital of Pendragon.
