PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
Barclays PLC, through its subsidiary Barclays Bank PLC has today notified the
Board of Pendragon that following recent transactions its total notifiable
interest in the ordinary shares of Pendragon has increased to 1,803,267 shares
representing 3.00% of the total issued share capital of Pendragon
