PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 17th October 2001 Legal and General Investment Management Limited notified
the Board of Pendragon that as a result of a transaction on 15th October 2001 it
no longer holds a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of Pendragon PLC.
