PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 6 November 2001 Prudential plc notified the Board of Pendragon that as a
result of the reduction of Pendragon's issued share capital resulting from the
Pendragon share buy back announced on 5 November 2001, its holding of 1,793,000
Pendragon ordinary shares now represents 3% of Pendragon's issued capital.
