Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 1 May 2009 that following a transaction on 30 April 2009 UBS Investment Bank has decreased its notifiable interest in the voting rights to 51,449,041 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 7.84% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
