ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange for the admission of 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in
PipeHawk plc.  These have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 25,000 Options
at 20p each.  Dealings are expected to commence on Monday 8 April 2002.
