PipeHawk plc ('PipeHawk' or the 'Company')
Directorate Change
The Company announces the resignation of the Chairman, David Mahony, with
immediate effect. David is resigning in order to spend time concentrating on
his other business ventures. The Board would like to thank him for his
contribution to the Company and wish him every success for the future.
Gordon Watt, currently Finance Director, will assume the role of non-executive
Chairman, relinquishing day to day control of the finance function to a newly
appointed finance controller, Bob Tallantire, formerly a partner in RSM Robson
Rhodes.
