Notification of Interest
As required by sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) and
rule 15 of the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company has been informed today by Jubilee Investment Trust PLC that on
Friday 5 December 2003 it had sold the whole of its holding of 2,118,408
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.1 per cent of the issued share
capital of PipeHawk.
The 2,118,408 ordinary shares were placed by the Company's broker, J M Finn.
