following transactions on 25 February 2010, J. M. Finn & Co. Limited now holds a
total  of 1,696,673 ordinary  shares in  the capital  of Pipehawk, equivalent to
5.72 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital. The shares are held via J.
M. Finn Nominees Limited.
