                              Notifiable interest

The Company has received notification that following transactions on 21st
February, 2005 and 17th April, 2005, JM Finn & Co holds 2,757,264 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 11.89 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company. JM Finn & Co's interest in 2,598,264 of these shares is a
non-benefical interest which arises as a result of investment management or
advisory services provided to clients.
