Award of major contract
Pipehawk is delighted to announce that QM Systems, a division of the
Company, has been awarded a further major contract with Delphi
Automotive to deliver a range of systems for testing the performance
of engine control units (ECU's).
The project is worth several hundred thousand pounds and is due to
start early September 2009, with completion planned for early
November 2009.
QM Systems have already completed a number of turnkey projects for
Delphi Automotive over the past 12 months. QM Systems has been
advised that the speed of delivery and the quality of the systems
delivered were a deciding factor in Delphi awarding this new
contract.
Gordon Watt, chairman of PipeHawk PLC commented
"This contract is a clear indication of how QM Systems delivers total
customer satisfaction. QM Systems are a proven and established
provider of Automation, Assembly and Test equipment to a number of
industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Pharmaceutical and
Military. The award of this additional contract by Delphi Automotive
demonstrates QM's ability to offer turnkey, competitive and
innovative solutions in what continues to be challenging economic
times"
