Withdrawal of Requisition for General Meeting

Pharma C Investments Plc ("Pharma C" or the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement of 8 September 2023, the requisition calling for a general meeting ("GM")  has been withdrawn and therefore at the  GM scheduled for 10am on Wed 27 September 2023 at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, the resolutions will be withdrawn and not put to members.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR"), and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of MAR.
