AGM Statement

After a tough year in 2001, I was able to report in my statement in the Annual
Report and Accounts that turnover and orders in the first two months of the
current year were comfortably ahead of sales in the last two months of 2001 and
that both were on an upward trend.  I would only add that, with another two
months trading behind us, demand for our products is continuing to build, albeit
slowly, and we expect to be profitable in the first half of the year. We have
secured a number of additional programmes for both existing and new customers
which are due to come on stream in the second half.  This augurs well for our
prospects for the year as a whole.
