Further to the announcement of the appointment of Stephen Boyd as Deputy
Executive Chairman of Pittards plc on 1 September, information required by
paragraphs 16.4 is as follows:


16.4a Mr Boyd has not been a director of any other publicly quoted company in
the last five years.


16.4b Details required by paragraphs 6.F.2 are as follows:


a)   Mr Boyd has been a director of the following companies in the last five
     years:
Cal Group Ltd; Tersus Ltd; AEW Delford Ltd; Surface Inspection Ltd; Document
Control Systems Ltd; Avalon Plastics Ltd; Interframe Ltd; Secura Ltd, of which
all but the last two are current directorships.


d)   Mr Boyd was a director with an executive function at the time of or
within the 12 months preceding the receiverships of the following companies:
Ricon Ltd., Parker Plant Ltd.


There are no details to disclose under paragraphs 6.F.2(b), (c), (e), (f) or
(g).
