Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, announces that on 2 July 2010 it was informed that Reginald Hankey (Chief Executive) transferred 1,200,000 shares into his SIPP at a price of 2.5p.

Following the deal Mr Hankey remains interested in 6,281,719 shares in the Company representing approximately 1.45 per cent of total shares in issue.
