Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 11 June 2021, Richard Briere Chief Financial Officer, sold 5,000 shares at a price of 53 pence per share and purchased 5,000 ordinary shares into his SIPP at a price of 53 pence per share.

Following the two trades, Mr Briere's holding in the Company has remained unchanged at 125,000 shares which represents 1.00% of the Company's issued share capital.
