DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been notified that Dr Robert Chanson, a Non-executive Director
of the Company, has today sold 3,042 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 226 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Dr Chanson's beneficial interest in the ordinary
