DIRECTOR'S DEALING - GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
On 16 June 2015, options over ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to the following Directors at an exercise price of 107p per share:
Dr. Christopher Richards 715,000 options
Dr. Richard H. Webb 1,075,000 options
The options have been granted under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) option scheme and unapproved share option scheme and have a four-year life.
Under the terms of the options, interests will vest in equal proportions on or after the three consecutive anniversaries of the grant, subject additionally to the following performance conditions linked to attainment of thresholds for the sixty day average closing share price:
