Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) was notified that on 1 October 2019, Christopher Richards, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.0698 per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Christopher Richards and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 2,233,015 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.29% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
