Plant Health Care, a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets, has been informed that on 27 May 2022, Dr Christopher Richards, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 610,000 ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.34 pence per Ordinary Share.  The purchase was to make good his holding following the inadvertent sale made in error by the administrator of Dr Richards's SIPP account, which was announced on 21 April 2022, and, at which time, Dr Richards confirmed his intention to rectify his position when he was able to do so.  

Following this purchase, Dr Richards and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 4,285,527 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
