The Board of Plant Health Care announces that Steve Whitcomb, Finance Director,
will be leaving the Group with effect from today to pursue other interests.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance Director will be assumed in the
short-term by existing members of the PHC finance department, whilst the Board
reviews its options with regard to a longer term appointment.

John Brady, CEO of PHC, commented, 'Steve has made a valuable contribution to
the Group, especially during the listing on AiM last year, and we wish him well
in his future career.'
