Distribution Agreement
Plant Health Care ('PHC' or the 'Group') is pleased to announce that Ewing
Irrigation, Golf & Industrial ('Ewing '), a major US distributor of turf and
landscapes supplies, has become a distributor for Plant Health Care's products.
Ewing is one of the largest suppliers to the golf course industry with over 150
branches located across the United States. In addition to golf courses, Ewing
also supplies products to the landscape and ornamental markets. PHC will
initially provide training and products to 16 locations, with the intention of a
nationwide rollout in early 2006.
PHC's line of golf products have been proven with great success in the regional
markets in which they compete. The mycorrhizal based Turf Saver line has shown
to be particularly effective at grow-in and aeration times to increase root mass
and reduce the amount of time it takes for the turf to become established.
John Brady, CEO of Plant Health Care, said, 'We are delighted that Ewing shares
our vision for offering highly effective natural solutions to the landscape,
horticulture and turf management industries. With 150 locations, professionals
around the country can turn to Ewing to find the best mycorrhizal and microbial
products to serve their needs. The addition of Ewing to the PHC family of
distributors allows us immediate access to a nationwide distributor for the golf
industry as well as strong support to our professional landscape business.'
Mike Tentis, Agronomic Products Manager, of Ewing Irrigation commented, 'Ewing
has a long history of bringing exciting new products to the turf and landscape
industries. Plant Health Care produces unique, value-added products and they
will be a great addition to our family of vendor partners.'
