EXPANSION OF PARTNERSHIP WITH SCOTTS

Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of natural products to the agriculture and landscape industries, is pleased to announce that it is expanding its partnership work with The Scotts Company LLC ('Scotts') and will be adding another PHC product to Scotts' growing line of natural retail lawn and garden products.  

Plant Health Care will supply Scotts, who are the world's leading retailer in the consumer lawn and garden industry, with a natural biologically enhanced fertilizer which is scheduled to be available to consumers in selected markets in 2010. 

Commenting on the expansion of the partnership, John Brady, CEO of Plant Health Care said 'This agreement marks another important step in helping Plant Health Care to provide its natural products to a worldwide audience.
