Limited, Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners that, by
virtue of a sale of 50,000 ordinary shares at 98 pence on 10 May 2006 and a sale
of 100,000 shares at £1.00 on 11 May 2006, their aggregate discretionary holding
in the Company is 7.25% and they no longer hold a reportable interest in the
Company.
