Enter into Exclusive Agreement
Plant Health Care plc ('PHC' or the 'Company'), the leading supplier of natural
products for plants and soil, announces it has entered into a strategic,
exclusive partnership with US-based Symbiot Business Group (SBG).
Under the agreement, PHC becomes a Premier Business Partner to Symbiot's network
of top-tier, independent landscape contractors from across the U.S. PHC will be
the exclusive supplier of natural and biologically-based products to the entire
Partner network consisting of over 500 landscape contractors.

effectively promote Plant Health Care products to their customers. Participating
in Symbiot's Business Partners programme gives PHC the opportunity to work
