Plant Health Care hires Glen Donald as VP Business Development

Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC), a leading provider of naturally derived products to the agriculture industry, is pleased to announce that Mr. Glen Donald will join the company as Vice President of Business Development, effective August 1, 2013.  Mr. Donald will be based in Raleigh, NC and will report to the CEO.  His most recent position prior to joining PHC was with Sonoplot Inc., a Middleton, Wisconsin based technology start-up company where he has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2008.
