Publication of Annual Report 2012 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 was sent to shareholders on Monday, 8 April 2013. Copies are available from the Company's office at Plant Health Care, Inc., Suite 100 - 285 Kappa Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, USA.  

Also on 8 April 2013, the Company sent to shareholders Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").  The AGM will be held on 9 May 2013 in The Trafalgar Room at The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators,
16 Park Crescent, London W1B 1AH and will commence at 10:30 am.
