Publication of Annual Report 2009 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that, on Friday, 05 March 2010, the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 was sent to shareholders.  Copies are available from the Company's office at Plant Health Care, Inc. 285 Kappa Drive, Suite 100, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, USA.  

Also on 05 March 2010, the Company sent to shareholders Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").  The AGM will be held on 15 April 2010 at Tavistock Communications Limited, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NT.
