PLANT HEALTH CARE COMMENDED FOR SUSTAINABILITY WORK
Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of naturally derived products to the agriculture and landscape industries, is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of 10 unsung ethical heroes by Ethical Corporation magazine for the Company's efforts in sustainability.
Ethical Corporation, the leading sustainability and corporate responsibility organisation, has selected 10 companies across the world for the September issue of their magazine who deserve more credit for their work in the area of sustainability. Other companies selected include: Credit Agricole, Sanofi-Adventis, Hennes & Mauritz and Reed Elsevier.
Plant Health Care were chosen for their, '…suite of green products, based on beneficial bacteria and other common components of healthy soils, that help increase plant nutrient levels.' The Company was also commended for, '…advising farmers on holistic land management, equipping clients to use microbial inoculants to manage water resources more efficiently and other steps towards a more natural form of agriculture.'
