Voting Rights
Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) confirms, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 30 September 2015 is 71,755,085 with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 71,755,085.
The above figure of 71,755,085 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
