Block Listing

Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of up to 12,176,126 ordinary shares of no par value which may be allotted and issued in due course in relation to the vesting of options granted to employees or directors of the Company or its subsidiaries under the rules of the Playtech Limited 2005 Global Share Option Plan, the Company Share Option Plan and the 2012 Playtech Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares when issued will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 31 July 2012.
