Completion of PT Turnkey Services acquisition

Playtech (AIM:PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software to the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of 10 March 2011, the Company has completed the acquisition of PT Turnkey Services Limited.

Integration of the businesses is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2011.
