Director's Option Award

Playtech (AIM:PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry announces that, following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the Annual General Meeting, David Mathewson, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was on 26 August 2011 granted 100,000 options over Playtech Limited ordinary shares at an exercise price of 303.25p pence per share (being the closing share price on the 25 August 2011).  The shares will vest on the third anniversary of the grant.
