The Company was notified on 19 June 2007 that between 15 June 2007 and 19 June
2007, Mr. Tom Hall, a director of the Company, sold a total of 100,000 shares 
at an average price of 394.28 pence per share.

As a result of the above transactions, Mr. Hall now holds an interest in 
380,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.18% of the voting rights 
attaching to shares of the Company.
