                                  Board Change

The Company announces that Shuki Barak, Finance Director, has asked to leave the
Board of Playtech for personal reasons. His successor will be announced shortly
and Mr. Barak will stay with the company to ensure an orderly handover.


Roger Withers, Chairman, commented, 'Shuki has been an important part of
Playtech's growth and played a key role in the Company's flotation at the
beginning of 2006. The Board will be sorry to see him leave but wish him well
for the future.'
