NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS/PDMRS
EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
In fulfillment of its obligations under DTR 3.1.2R and DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a) Playtech Limited wishes to notify the following transactions by directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs'").
On 18 March 2013, the following directors and PDMR's, exercised options over, in aggregate, 885,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at an average price of GBP3.90 granted to them under the terms of the Playtech 2005 Global Share Plan (the "Plan") as per the schedule below:

In accordance with the rules of the Plan, the Company has in lieu of issuing new shares elected to pay the cash equivalent being the closing market value of the Company's ordinary shares on the day immediately prior to the date of exercise of the option, being £6.465, less the cost of exercise of the option, resulting in an aggregate cash payment of ₤2,272,325.
Following this transaction, as no new ordinary shares have been issued, there is no change to the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The above notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (rule 3.1.2R).
