The Company has been advised on 22 October 2008 by Interexpo Trading Limited that as a result of an increase in the Company's issued share capital due to the recent capital raising, the 8,774,200 shares held by Interexpo Trading Limited have been diluted and now comprise 3.68% of the Company's issued share capital (based on the Company's total voting rights announcement made on 30 September 2008).

The current issued share capital is 238,326,508.
