The Company was notified on 5^th September 2012 by The Capital Group Companies, Inc. that, as of 3^rd September 2012, due to a company reorganization, Capital Research and Management Company and Capital Group International will no longer report relevant shareholdings separately. Instead the relevant shareholdings managed by these companies will be reported in aggregate by The Capital Group Companies, Inc.  Accordingly (and not as a result of any additional acquisition or disposal) The Capital Group Companies, Inc. reported an indirect interest in 14,311,675 shares in the Company representing 4.95% of the issued share capital of the Company, on the basis of an issued share capital of 289,312,561 ordinary shares of no par value.
