In line with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Playtech (AIM:PTEC), announces that as at 31st August 2011, the Company's total issued share capital is 242,790,787.

The Company's total issued share capital is 242,790,787 ordinary shares of no par value. 

There are 100,000 ordinary shares held in treasury, and therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the company is 242,690,787

The above figure of 242,690,787 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules or the Company's articles of association.
