CHANGE IN CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Plaza Centers N.V. (LSE:PLAZ) ("Plaza" / the "Company"), a leading emerging markets property developer, announces that Mr. Ron Hadassi whilst remaining a director of the Company, has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors and that Mr. Yoav Kfir has been appointed by the Directors to act as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
