PLAZA CENTERS OPENS RYBNIK PLAZA IN POLAND
Plaza Centers N.V. ('Plaza' or the 'Company'), a leading CEE emerging markets
property developer, today announces that it has completed and opened to the
public the Rybnik Plaza Shopping and Entertainment centre in the city of Rybnik,
Poland.
The Rybnik Plaza is located in Rybnik's city centre and comprises 18,000 sqm of
Gross Lettable Area with 470 parking spaces attached. The development is the
first shopping and entertainment centre in Rybnik and was 100% let to local and
international tenants on its opening.
As described in the Company's Admission Document, the property was pre-sold to
Klepierre, the French property group, and the formal handover and final
completion of the transaction are expected to take place within the next few
weeks.
On completion of the transaction, a further announcement will be made to
shareholders.
Commenting on the opening, Ran Shtarkman, President and CEO, Plaza Centers N.V.

Rybnik, on time and on budget. This Shopping and Entertainment centre is the
22nd we have developed and completed in Central and Eastern Europe ('CEE'), and
the fifth in Poland, following the opening of the Sadyba Mall in Warsaw and the
Plaza Shopping centres in Krakow, Ruda Slanska and Poznan. By the end of 2007,
we will open two further centres in Sosnowiec and Lublin in Poland and the Arena
Shopping and Entertainment centre in Budapest, Hungary which will become one of
the largest shopping centres in the CEE region.
