Directors' Shareholdings


Plexus Holdings plc ('the Company') announces that it received notification
today of dealings in its shares as follows:

Skye Investments Limited, (a company controlled by Robert Adair, Chairman),
purchased 544,425 Ordinary Shares at a price of 36p per share on 30 January
2008.

Thrall Enterprises, (an entity in which Jefffrey Thrall, non-executive director,
is interested), purchased 700,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 36p per share on
30 January 2008.

In addition, Anastasio van Bilderbeek, senior sales engineer (and son of Ben van
Bilderbeek, Chief Executive), purchased 580,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of
36p per share on 30 January 2008.
