AGM - Joining Instructions
The Company announces instructions for shareholders to virtually participate in this year's AGM, to be held on Tuesday 4 May 2021, at 10:00 am UK time.
As previously advised, in light of COVID-19 restrictions and related public health guidance issued by the UK government, the AGM will be held virtually, as a closed meeting, and shareholders are therefore not able to attend in person.
Shareholders will be able to participate by accessing a conference call, through which they will be able to listen to the business of the AGM. Shareholders will be able to ask questions in advance of or during the call, via an online platform or by emailing ir@plus.com.
To request details of the conference call, including instructions on how to access the call, shareholders are advised to email ir@plus500.com .
A transcript of the call will be available on the Company's website after the call has concluded.
